Debit Card

You can Top-up online at www.jbprepaidcard.co.uk with a valid debit card that has available funds.

  1. Simply log-in to your eccount and select the 'Top-up' option from the menu.
  2. Enter the required details together with the Top-up amount.
    Important: For your added security, we only accept Top-ups by debit cards that have been registered for MasterCard® secure code or Verified by Visa®. Visit the MasterCard or Visa websites for further information or contact your card issuer for details. 
     

In order to Top-up using your debit card, you must register the card details with us, please contact Customer Care in order to do this. Once registered you must wait 72 hours before attempting to top-up using this card.

We may impose a maximum Top-up limit by debit card for your protection against fraud. Top-ups may take 2 working days or longer to be available in your JB eccount.

We reserve the right to suspend online Top-ups to protect our customers where fraudulent activity is suspected.
