The JB Maestro® Prepaid Card could be an essential way to regain control of your finances, particularly if you have debts. If you have an arrangement with Payplan, the best way to get your JB Card is to contact your Case Officer. With first hand knowledge of your circumstances, they will be able to recommend the most suitable tariff for you, and give you advice to help you make the most of your new card.

Your Case Officer will complete the short and simple process with you online, or let you know how to buy via Postal Order, text message or using a voucher at PayPoint.

Choosing the best tariff

We offer a choice of three tariffs to ensure you that get maximum value, based on how you plan to use your JB Card - Pay Weekly, Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go.
 

The Pay Weekly tariff is useful if you are paid weekly or like to budget weekly.
 

The Pay Monthly tariff additionally offers the best value if you make more than 1 ATM cash withdrawal a month.


The Pay As You Go tariff is most suitable if making less than 4-5 transactions a month whilst the pay weekly and pay monthly tariffs offer better value for a higher number of transactions as there are no fees when making purchases/payments.

The JB Plus tariff is great if you regularly use your card for purchases, would like to use your eccount for paying bills, setting up direct debit payment services or make multiple cash withdrawals from ATMs each month.
