It’s simple to Top-up your JB Maestro® Prepaid Card and eccount for free with cash using your JB paying-in book(please call the JB Card Team to request this- a £5 charge applies) at over 2,000 selected high street bank branches..

Pay money in and use it to make purchases, payments and withdraw cash after two full working days; so if you pay money in on a Saturday it will be treated as if you paid it in on a Monday and would be available to draw against on Thursday.

If you need a replacement JB paying-in book you can order one by calling the JB Card Team on 0844 855 2164 or +44(0)20 7078 2164 if calling from a mobile or overseas, or returning the re-order form supplied in the book.
